Chef Kris’ Services
Any service provided by Chef Kris will include:

Initial Consultation and Personalized
Food Assessment: At a mutually agreed upon time, we will meet to discuss
food preferences, sensitivities and dietary requirements. I will create
an individualized client portfolio, which reflects those choices.
I am a Certified Nutritional Consultant. Menus will be created around
healthy choices for individual dietary issues.

Menu Planning: Together we will plan
the first cheffing date’s menus, and discuss the packaging arrangements
and preferences.

Grocery Shopping For Your Menus: I
will shop for the freshest ingredients each cheffing date. I may need
to stop several places, but you may be assured that I will select
from the best ingredients available. Grocery costs are not included
in my cooking service fee. A $150 deposit for groceries will be payable
prior to the selected cooking date.

Cooking Selected Entrees and Appropriate
Sides Dishes: I will rotate the entrees based upon your preferences.
Appropriate sides will be prepared based upon your preferences and
availability of seasonal produce. The freshest ingredients available
will be used to prepare your dishes. Sides are usually Chef’s
Choice, and based upon what is freshest in the market.

Packaging and Labeling: Your refrigerated
food items will be labeled with heating instructions for your convenience.
All items will be packaged for the freezer and left in your fridge.
I will show you how to thaw and heat your meals safely.
Your prepared meals will be stored for your pleasure in either sturdy
containers, or vacuum-sealed bags. If sturdy containers are selected,
a $75 non-refundable container fee is required. Vacuum-sealed bags will
require purchase of bags at $20.00 per roll used. Most selections store
and heat best if vacuum-sealed in bags. You may select the type of containers
you prefer.
- Clean Up: You will arrive home to a clean kitchen with custom
prepared meals and the delightful aroma of the day’s cooking!
