Hey, Kris the Magnificent! Let me just tell you, you've outdone yourself this time and that's pretty hard to do, in our estimation. We had the shrimp last evening and we were in seventh Heaven - we truly loved the combined tastes of the spice and the citrus! The Roasted beef Tenderloin with Merlot Shallot Sauce was incredible as well. And we LOVED, LOVED, LOVED the roasted vegetables! Thank you so much for creating those for us! They were exactly what we were looking for - delicious! And we have been having the beef stroganoff steadily for lunches...it's wonderful.
